We understand life is totally unpredictable, under any unforeseen circumstances, you may be required to reschedule or cancel your service booking appointment with Gaadi360. Subject to terms and conditions, we shall reschedule or cancel the booking not less than a day before the scheduled pickup/appointment time.

Refund will be made as soon as possible and no later than 30 days from the time cancellation request is made. Refund will be made to the same account or credit card used to make the payment at the time of booking.
